Job Details
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this leading national law firm in London, specialising in data protection and cybersecurity. The role will involve advising on data protection compliance, data protection issues in new technologies such as cloud services, telematics, big data initiatives and the internet of things, data security breach management, privacy and cookies policies and consents and data protection compliance for companies based outside of Europe, who wish to enter the European market. Clients come from the financial services, real estate, insurance and public sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level associate looking to join a national law firm in London.
The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years' PQE, gained within a comparable law firm, with significant data protection experience. In-house experience will also be considered. Professional certifications such as IAPP CIPP/E and CIPM are desired.
