Job Details
This role is the ideal opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to set up a new department in a modern multi-service firm. They strongly believe that teamwork is critical to their success and therefore place a high value on their employees.

The Role
The firm are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor 5+ years PQE to join their central Manchester office as Head of Conveyancing.
The successful candidate will set up and manage a new conveyancing department processing approximately 200 new transactions a month. You will handle a varied caseload of conveyancing matters initially, until a team has been built. At that stage, you will revert to a management role with a small caseload of complex transactions.
You will be responsible for meeting annual income targets within the department and report monthly on the qualitative and quantitate results.
Requirements
- You will be a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor 5+ years PQE
- You will have a good track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- You will have experience of managing other fee earners
- Salary is dependent on your level of experience
