Corporate Law Solicitor 2PQE+ Thames Valley
High profile law firm that works on behalf of leading companies nationally and a global scale is seeking to expand in to their Teir 1 Corporate Team.
Their award winning Corporate Law Team has recognised leaders in their field and advise local and international companies, management teams, investors and debt providers through the business life cycle, from start-up and first round finance through M&A, management transactions, venture and development funding, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits.
During recent years they have consistently been recognised for the deals competed and seek to add an additional solicitor to their team in the Thames Valley.
Ideally, you will have gained a minimum of 3 years PQE within a busy Corporate Law team and ambitious to further develop your career within a team, where you will be afforded a high degree of autonomy and with genuine career prospects with on-going training support and the chance to enhance your presence through business development and marketing activities.
