COMMERCIAL LEGAL COUNSEL
GLOBAL MANUFACTURING/CLEAN TECHNOLOGIESCENTRAL LONDON OR HERTFORDSHIRE1923/PBA great opportunity exists to work in a quality in-house legal team for a multinational FTSE 100 business, a leader in sustainable tech. We are looking for a Commercial and IP lawyer with significant PQE experience, ideally 5+ years. Reporting into the Assistant GC for the division, the role will be as varied as it is exciting: you will be involved in complex commercial transactions, sale/purchase agreements for both goods and services, forward sale/purchase of precious metals, distributor/agency agreements, joint development agreements, contractor terms and various international deals. All aspects of such commercial arrangements are covered, including competition, IP, & tax. While there is no specific industry background requirement, the ideal candidate will feel comfortable within hard industry, manufacturing or technology. This is a new role and you will have the opportunity to play to your strengths and enjoy autonomy and responsibility, while working well as part of a team.
