The Role


The firm is looking to hire a Commercial Property Partner into their thriving and growing Manchester office.


The firm's national Commercial Property team advises on all aspects of the commercial property life-cycle, from acquisition and development through to asset management and disposal - and all in between! They have a broad spectrum of clients including developers, investors, retailers, lending institutions, registered providers, local authorities, charities, healthcare organisations and business occupiers.


As Partner, you will be expected to play a full role in the growth and development of the team including supervision of the team, knowledge sharing and helping to shape the future of the practice.


This role would perhaps suit a senior candidate with a following looking for a step up in terms of responsibility and who might have hit a glass ceiling interim of progression in their current firm. Equally, this would be an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property/Real Estate Partner seeking a role perhaps where they can build and develop a fresh team in Manchester.


Requirements

  • You will be a Commercial Property Associate/Partner
  • You will have a good grounding in Real Estate work and be used to dealing with a wide range of work
  • You will have a following
  • You will be based in the Manchester office.
  • Salary is dependent on your level of experience and background, although, above market rate, you will also receive a truly excellent benefits package.
