The Role
The firm is seeking to hire a Corporate Partner into their thriving Central London office.
The Corporate department at this firm is well established with a sterling reputation. The team are recognised as one of the leading practices in this sector.
You will work alongside a highly experienced team dealing with a top-quality caseload. The work & client base will be varied and includes high profile commercial clients. The caseload will be complex and demanding and will cover all aspects of Corporate law.
Requirements:
- You will be a Corporate Partner with at least 7 years PQE.
- You should have an established client network and strong technical knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships is key.
- You will be used to dealing with your own marketing & business development.
- Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent bonus structure.
