Real Estate Finance (6 months - 2 years PQE), £££ - London

Our client is one of the world's largest and most prestigious law firms.

Their award-winning international real estate practice is extremely well known, and the Real Estate finance group works closely with the Real Estate practice to service the financing needs of their borrower clients; and also with the Finance practice on the borrower side.

The work is high quality and usually partner led. It's a great place to learn, and rewards hard work and a common-sense, can do attitude. Associates benefit from client involvement and close partner contact: this is a group which will support you in giving you the level of responsibility you ask for and can handle.

Due to consistent and growing flow of high quality work load there is now a vacancy in the team for at least one junior real estate finance lawyer.

This is a tremendous opportunity to work with a market leader, within the Real Estate-focused finance group of a firm which is committed to Real Estate. In order to be considered you will have:

• Trained and ideally have between six months' and two years' post-qualification experience in at a City or international firm with a well-regarded real estate practice
• Strong finance experience - ideally exposure to real estate finance, but candidates with an interest in the area and a relevant finance background will definitely be considered.
• Willingness to learn and the ability to work hard,
• A common sense, down-to-earth approach. The team is tight knit and free from ego.

There will be some flexibility on PQE, but candidates would be expected to understand the basics of a financing transaction and how property can be leveraged as an asset.

Solicitors qualified in Scotland, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
