The Role
They are seeking an a highly ambitious Senior Commercial Solicitor with a range of experience across IP & IT matters.
The London team advices on matters the size & type you'd normally only expect to find at much larger international firms. They have a team made up of Legal 500 & Chambers recognised specialist lawyers with a strong specialism in Energy, IP, Manufacturing, Innovation and Technology.
You will join a team of three partners and two associates to work on matters including but not limited to; Communications, IT, IP and e-Commerce with a focus on outsourcing, software licensing, development agreements, data protection and consumer protection.
This role would suit a Commercial Solicitor with an IT & IP focus looking to make the move to Senior Associate or an ambitious Senior Associate looking for a clear route to Partnership.
Requirements and Duties:
- You will be a Commercial Solicitor with ideally 4+ years PQE
- Experience of general commercial issues
- Particular expertise in Communications, IT, IP and e-Commerce
- Experience of data protection/software licensing/ IT & communications hardware/ systems and/or support services agreements
- Strong track record of developing new business & maintain client relationships
