Corporate Solicitor Derby

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a highly-regarded, successful firm based in Derby who are looking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor. They are ideally seeking to appoint someone who is NQ- 5 years PQE however they are open to receiving applications from candidates at all levels as long as they are able to demonstrate solid experience.

You will work provide Commercial advice for small and medium sized businesses on a variety of cases to include:

* Business acquisitions and disposals
* New Business advice/Business set-up
* Shareholder agreements
* Partnerships agreements and commercial terms
* Agency, distribution and franchise agreements
* IT contracts
* Limited companies, partnerships and limited liability partnerships
* Joint Ventures

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six months experience in this arena, strong academics and an interest in Corporate law. You will be technically strong with an eye for detail, analytical, be a good communicator and possess excellent client care skills.
