Job Details

The Client  

We are working with the London office of a leading US firm. The firm have over 20 offices across the world, with almost 2,000 qualified attorneys. The firm advises on complex, high-profile issues, including corporate restructuring, M&A, tax, capital markets, IP, litigation, real estate, banking & finance and international arbitration.  

The Role  

  • The role is based within the corporate restructuring group in London  
  • Regularly advising European clients in cross-border, out of court restructurings and plans of reorganisation  
  • Advising in judicial insolvency-related proceedings 
  • The team work closely with other departments within the firm, drawing on the expertise of their private equity, banking, M&A and litigation teams, across the world  
  • The team work closely with the European and US corporate restructuring departments  

The Requirements  

  • Qualified solicitor in the UK, or able to work in the UK  
  • 2 - 4 years post-qualification experience  
  • Trained at a leading international or US firm, with significant experience in corporate restructuring  
  • Strong academic record from a top university
