Real Estate Lawyer - Interim
Central London - 9 Month FTC
We are currently working with an award-winning top 20 London law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced real estate lawyer to join their large property team, to cover a maternity leave. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years dedicated real estate experience, that said, the client can be flexible for the right applicant.
This opportunity offers the ability to work alongside professions at the top of their game, with a great reputation in the industry. The firm is known for being incredibly inclusive and forward-thinking, along with promoting a supportive working environment.
What the role entails?
- Assisting with real estate finance;
- Investment based disposals and acquisitions;
- Development and restructuring;
- Insolvency transactions;
- Landlord and Tenant;
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating documents;
- Liaising with other relevant teams as appropriate;
- Due diligence;
- Preparing and reviewing certificates and reports of title and summary;
- Active business development.
What do you need to succeed here?
- Minimum 2:1 Law Degree (or equivalent);
- Minimum of 4 years real estate experience;
- Experience of managing own caseload;
- Ability to multitask whilst thinking methodically
