Job Details
Having met with the part of the senior members of Legal and HR, this charity has a clear focus on attracting the right people based on their statement of intent and willingness to work on community projects.
While you will need to be a qualified Solicitor/Barrister with at least 4 years' PQE, with commercial experience and/or charity experience, they are keen to have a Legal Counsel who enjoys working collaboratively with various stakeholders and within their immediate team.
You will provide legal advice and assistance on fundraising matters, partnership agreements, commercial contracts and intellectual property across the UK, Europe and further afield.
You will also have the opportunity to further develop your skills and experience within areas such as marketing, GDPR and training in-house colleagues and peers.
As their Legal Counsel, you will be the final piece of their H1 growth strategy, enabling them to build their presence overseas.
