Job Details
This major offshore firm currently has an opening for a high calibre UK or Australian or New Zealand admitted finance lawyer with anything between 4 and 10 years post-admission experience in structured finance work. The firm advises on the full range of debt, equity, equity-linked, credit-linked and asset-backed securities, insurance linked securities, derivatives and other structured products. Their expertise includes securitisation, repackagings, collateralised bond and loan offerings, note programmes, commercial paper and depository receipt programmes and convertible debt and warrants issues.
