Job Details
We are working with a prestigious international offshore firm in the Cayman Islands looking for junior to senior level Corporate M&A Associates.
This role primarily focusses on M&A, although the Corporate team works on a wider remit of matters involving ECM, private equity, and advisory work for their high calibre and long-standing client base.
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates to work with a leading firm which offers genuine career progression and sophisticated training to their lawyers in an ideal location in the Caribbean.
Successful candidates will have Corporate M&A experience from a leading international firm, and are looking to gain similar high quality experience in the offshore market.
The firm offers an excellent tax-free renumeration package, and above-market benefits to their lawyers. In addition, there are opportunities to move to one of the firm’s other office locations, including in Europe and Asia, in due course if desired.
