Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic newly qualified- 2 years PQE solicitor to join our client, a global ‘disruptive’ technology business who is a market leader. You will be working closely with the legal team on a range of issues including commercial, product and corporate matters.
The successful candidate will be an active partner, and ensure the provision of timely business-focused advice, to a variety of business areas including marketing, cities and business development. You will be working on commercial contracts such as promotional agreements, sponsorships, partnerships as well as general procurement and marketing and advertising initiatives; as well as assisting with corporate and company secretarial matters.
You will have at least one year post-qualification experience with excellent business judgment, communication and interpersonal skills. If you have the ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions, we’d like to hear from you.
