Criminal Duty Solicitor

A highly regarded Sheffield based firm is seeking a passionate Criminal Duty Solicitor to join their expanding team.

The Role

This is an ideal opportunity for a Criminal Duty Solicitor with experience of dealing with a wide range of general crime matters to join the team at a strongly performing firm. Your duties would include: providing an excellent service to Legal Aid clients; attending police stations both in and outside of office hours; providing advice and advocacy in the Magistrates Court and; running police station and Magistrates Court files. The Candidate

Applications are encouraged from qualified solicitors with solid criminal defence experience;

You will be Duty accredited;
It would be advantageous to possess exceptional client care skills;
You will be technically adept;
Highly organised and proactive, you will demonstrate the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
