About Us
Our client is a highly respected FTSE 100 events company. They now have the need for a paralegal/contracts manager for a 6 month contract.
The Opportunity
As a Paralegal in the Group Tax Team you will be supporting Group Tax and understanding each arising new inter-company transaction and managing the compliance and tax obligation surrounding this. You will be drafting agreements, working with the business to understand the new controlled transactions, providing advice for the pricing of the transactions and managing the signature of each agreement. This role will provide you with an abundance of learning opportunities.
About you
This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with an interest in contract management. For this role, you will have to be highly organised and have strong skills to manage project; you must also have strong written and verbal skills with great attention to detail. It is also important for you to have an interest in transfer pricing and/or the operations of international businesses. This is a great opportunity for a paralegal to join a varied and well respected Group Tax Team.
