With this firm you can earn up to 90% of your billings, for example; Partners that bill £1million, they receive £900k, with all back-office support not taken out of billings. Are you an entrepreneurial thinking solicitor, looking to progress, move away from billings targets, politics and lack of prospects, whilst substantially boosting your income and practice?


Lawyers at the practice enjoy greater financial remuneration, a better work-life balance, choosing their own hours, and are freed from the distraction of office politics, management responsibility and billing targets.

They specialise in offering clients, senior level, heavy hitting Lawyers at reasonable rates and the client knowing what they are going to pay. They house Partners who have clientele and personal billings worth more than £1.5million.

The Role


The firm are seeking 5 years + PQE Lawyers in multiple disciplines, you will have a state-of-the-art Manchester office as well as a hub in Leeds, but also the flexibility to choose as and when you want to work from home.


You will join a team of heavy hitting Lawyers, this platform could also provide a much faster route to Partnership, with for the right candidates entering straight at Partnership level is possible.


Clients at the firm range from SME, to many FTSE 250 companies. Work is both national and interesting their International reach has grown substantially in recent years.
