Penny Trotman – Director 

Having worked in the legal market since 2003,  Penny has formed strong relationships, not only with Managing and Senior Partners, but also with departmental heads. She is highly knowledgeable of the Midlands & South West market, a trusted advisor and sounding board to many law firms. Penny has experience of managing mergers and team moves, including identifying appropriate legal practices open to merger opportunities and is well placed to advise on the impact and increase in profitability that this type of partnership can produce.

Hanna Robinson -  Legal Consultant

Having completed a post-graduate legal qualification, Hanna has worked in the legal sector for many years before moving into legal recruitment. Hanna joined ENL as a legal resourcer and has progressed to become a trusted legal consultant and advisor. Throughout her career, Hanna has built a solid understanding of the legal industry and has successfully worked alongside legal professionals of varying levels. She is a highly motivated individual with a professional approach.

Cassie Bell – Legal Consultant

Following graduation from Birmingham City University with a Bachelor of Law Honours degree, Cassie joined eNL as an intern in August 2010. Beginning  her career as a Legal Resourcer supporting the Midlands and South West division, Cassie was promoted to Legal Consultant, focusing on the recruitment of permanent staff within the East Anglia region. She consistently places Solicitors, Legal Executives and Paralegals in firms ranging from small / high street firms to leading City practices. Described as “professional, approachable, efficient, encouraging and supportive”.

Pasquale Agatiello – In – House Senior Legal Consultant

Pasquale is a specialist recruitment professional with many years’ experience working for some of the most reputable global recruitment organisations in the world. Specialising in in-house legal recruitment he has developed influential client relationships with key organisations across the IT, telecommunications, energy, FMCG and financial services sectors. He has developed an extensive network of active and passive candidates from around the EMEA region, thus ensuring clients and candidates work with an expert who really understands their business and is ideally placed to meet their strategic hiring requirements. Recruiting at all levels up to General Counsel, Pasquale is experienced in retained, search and contingency based recruitment campaigns.

Ronelle Mendez - Senior Legal Locum Consultant

Ronelle has worked in the professional recruitment sector since 2003. Her particular strength lies in understanding your requirements fully and securing the exact solution to meet your needs. She joined eNL's interim / locum Division in January 2013 and has been successfully working with candidates of varying levels,  from Legal Assistant and Paralegals to Senior Solicitors and Partners. Ronelle specialises in the appointment of interim / locum and consultant qualified Solicitors and non-qualified legal personnel across the private practice, in-house and public sector markets. Focusing particularly on the Midlands & South West, she is able to utilise her extensive recruitment knowledge in order to secure talented candidates for urgent or longer term assignments.

Louise Evans – Legal Locum Consultant

Louise previously worked in the legal sector for many years before moving into legal recruitment. Her particular strengths are communication and dedication to deliver. Throughout her career she has built a solid understanding of the legal industry, which equips her to assist in the best possible way. She successfully works alongside legal professionals of varying levels, from Legal Assistants and Legal Executives to Senior Solicitors, Partners and Chief Executives. Customer service focused, Louise has won numerous customer service awards throughout her career. Focusing specifically on the East Midlands and East Anglia regions, she provides interim / locum, FTC and consultant qualified Solicitors and non qualified legal professionals across the private practice, in-house and public sector markets.

Grace Oliver- Locum Legal Consultant

Grace has worked in the recruitment sector since 2015. Her previous role was as Recruitment Consultant in the busy healthcare sector. Grace has an understanding of law firms,  having briefly worked with a family law practice in the childcare division. Her role included amongst other things,  preparation of notes for court and extensive administration duties. Grace focuses on the West Midlands region, providing recruitment solutions for all temporary and contract legal assignments. She is committed to providing both candidates and clients with a friendly, knowledgeable and professional service. On a personal note, Grace is a keen rugby fan and supports Northampton Saints.

Claire Bate - Legal Consultant

Following her graduation from the University of Chester, Claire moved into the IT sector as an Onsite and Project Support Analyst. Specialising in the delivery of recruitment software, Claire gained valuable hands on experience working within the recruitment environment. Recognising her unparalleled interest in the legal sector, following a short training period, Claire has since joined the Midlands division and is responsible for placing legal professionals within the West and East Midlands region.
