This leading regional practice has a reputation for client excellence and high performance while maintaining a great culture and lifestyle balance for its Lawyers. Due to growth and existing client needs, the firm is currently seeking a commercial Partner with extensive experience to join their team in Cambridge.

You will be dealing with a range of company and commercial matters ranging from start up business to providing legal support and corporate governance advice to SMEs as well as to blue chip clients, investors and financial institutions.

You will be capable of thinking carefully and on your feet but also have considerable drive and energy with experience of, or an ambition, to help lead and drive the business development in these areas.
