Job Details
My law firm client's Shanghai office has an outstanding opportunity for a suitably qualified tax paralegal to join its rapidly expanding tax team. If you are a motivated individual looking for a new and challenging role - then QED Legal would love to hear from you.
Scope of the work
- Support the Tax team in all types of tax matters.
- Provide legal and business research
- Provide legal translation
- Make calls with local authorities to inquire for legal and regulatory issues
- Collect, compile and format legal documents
- Prepare advice and other communications internally to the team and externally to clients
Requirements
- PRC bar qualified or foreign bar qualification is MUST
- PRC law degree from reputable law school is required; foreign law degree or education is preferred
- Work or internship experience in Tax practice with reputable law firms is preferred
- Working experience in serving foreign clients is preferred
- Native Chinese and fluent English
