My law firm client's Shanghai office has an outstanding opportunity for a suitably qualified tax paralegal to join its rapidly expanding tax team. If you are a motivated individual looking for a new and challenging role - then QED Legal would love to hear from you.

Scope of the work

  • Support the Tax team in all types of tax matters.
  • Provide legal and business research
  • Provide legal translation
  • Make calls with local authorities to inquire for legal and regulatory issues
  • Collect, compile and format legal documents
  • Prepare advice and other communications internally to the team and externally to clients

Requirements

  • PRC bar qualified or foreign bar qualification is MUST
  • PRC law degree from reputable law school is required; foreign law degree or education is preferred
  • Work or internship experience in Tax practice with reputable law firms is preferred
  • Working experience in serving foreign clients is preferred
  • Native Chinese and fluent English
