Corporate Lawyer 2-5 PQE (BVI)

Our client is widely recognised a top tier offshore firm with a global network of offices.  They advise a client base including the world’s leading financial institutions and multi national corporations on the entire range of corporate and commercial activity.

Applicants must have a solid academic record, must be UK qualified and must have a minimum of 2 years post call experience.  

Ideally you will have a broad corporate background including acquisitions, disposals, mergers, joint ventures, flotations, share schemes, management buy outs and buy ins and venture capital.
