Broad In-house Counsel role with highly successful FinTech company, based in London, EC2.
The Company
Trading Hub is a rapidly expanding FinTech and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company based in Broadgate Tower, EC2. We also have offices in New York, Denver and Hong Kong.
We build, provide, and maintain cutting-edge trade analysis software for global banks, hedge funds, and asset managers. Our web-based platform relies on advanced analytics that are constantly being improved and expanded on. Current products include:
- insider trading and market abuse detection,
- rogue trader detection,
- trader performance profiling and development, and
- best execution analysis.

Legal sit alongside the business and have daily direct communication with the CEO and COO and all parts of the company.
Responsibilities
We are looking for an enthusiastic, commercially focused lawyer with great attention to detail, drafting and communication skills to join our high-calibre legal team (currently three lawyers and two paralegals). There will be a good variety of work including for example:
- drafting and review of product contracts and negotiating with clients,
- reviewing supplier contracts,
- assisting with data protection/GDPR related matters,
- updating and creating company policies, and
- assisting with the establishment of offices in various jurisdictions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer to join an expanding team and develop and grow with the company whilst also being able to enjoy a great working environment and work-life balance.
Experience
Candidate will have ideally have a minimum 1 year PQE (incl. 1 year in March 2019) in Commercial, TMT, Corporate, Finance or IP.
Salary and benefits package will be competitive and based on experience level.
