Senior Paralegal - Credit Hire - Liverpool, up to 25k

Your new role
As a Senior Paralegal you will have full responsibility for supervision of the credit hire team, including client service, assisting with the on-boarding and training of all new starters, supervising the overall quality within the team, and ensuring that there is full SLA compliance. The role of the supervisor is to ensure that a quality service is delivered to the client and is, as a minimum, in full compliance with the SLA.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous credit hire experience, able to act as a subject matter expert for the team. A similar background in a legal environment would be ideal, with experience of supervising a team whilst owning your own reduced caseload.
