Job Details
This US firm’s London office has a leading investment funds practice. The team focuses on the formation, promotion and operation of all types of private and retail funds including private equity and hedge funds, as well as advising on the drafting and negotiation of associated documentation. They are looking for a mid-level or senior associate to join them and help drive the practice forward. You will have gained at least five years’ post qualified experience at a leading City firm with a strong background in all aspects of the private equity and/or hedge funds cycle. This is a small, friendly team with a supportive and highly regarded partner.
