Employment Lawyer 1+ PQE *Dynamic Practice*

This leading mid-sized City firm has extensive experience in the UK, Middle East and Asia-Pacific, with a track record of advising both local and international businesses on employment issues.

In London, the team advises clients in a range of sectors, including retail and consumer, professional practices, publishing, insurance, financial services and the public sector.  The work is a mix of contentious and non-contentious.  You will work on all types of employment litigation, both in the High Court and Employment tribunal claims.  On the non-contentious side, you will advise clients on workplace issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, managing redundancy programmes, handling long-term absence and performance issues and other employee relations issues.  The team also handle a small amount of corporate support work.

They are now looking for a an employment lawyer with at least one year’s PQE gained in a leading employment department of a City or National firm.  In return you will be given high levels of responsibility and the opportunity to work on some interesting matters. Candidates must possess excellent technical skills, be pro-active and client service orientated.
