Job Details
An opportunity has arisen for a Legal Counsel to join a reputable company in Liverpool.
You will be joining a subsidiary of an international PLC to provide general counsel support. The company are a modern, entrepreneurial business, who are looking for a Legal Counsel with extensive commercial experience to join them full time and on a permanent basis.
It is a broad commercial role dealing with an array of matters to include; drafting and negotiating on a range of contracts, ensuring compliance and dealing with any other ad hoc legal queries. It would be extremely beneficial if you have prior experience, or a keen interest, within intellectual property and regulatory matters.
You will receive a competitive salary alongside an achievable bonus scheme in return for your hard work.
