Since joining this Top 50 firm, the national Head of Real Estate has substantially grown and lead the department to an exciting cross roads. He has a reputation at his previous firm for growing the Real Estate department by increasing revenue by £50 million in an impressive timescale.

Unlike a lot of city firms that use their London office to fund their International expansions, refreshingly, this firm is deeply woven into the UK Real Estate market and it is domestic real estate matters which is their core focus. The Role

The firm are looking to recruit a Real Estate Partner into their impressive and growing Leeds City Centre office.

This role would perhaps suit a senior candidate looking for a step up in terms of responsibility, who might have hit a glass ceiling interim of progression in their current firm, equally this would be an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Partner seeking a role perhaps with a Real Estate department whose focus is the UK market that are innovative, ambitious and growing.

You will work at the forefront of this growing team, working alongside the other Partners to drive the department forwards.

You will deal with a broad range of work of varying sizes and industry sector, which will make for a much more interesting role, the work will include; Development work, Landlord and tenant, Commercial sales and purchases and Commercial Leases.

Requirements

  • You will be a Real Estate Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
  • You will have worked for a well-known Real Estate team
  • A strong technical knowledge is essential
  • You should be a commercially minded individual
  • Salary is competitive and dependent on your background, plus an industry leading benefits package
