Graff Search is delighted to partner with business at the forefront of innovation and financing in the financial services sector in their search for a temporary Paralegal.
About the Opportunity
The company now has an opportunity for a paralegal to join the legal team for 3 months. In this role, you will assist with contract drafting and negotiations as well as support matters relating to regulation and employment. You will work closely with the General Counsel, assisting with ad hoc legal advice and legal research. You will assist with improving processes and in making the organisation as a whole aware of the importance of legal issues and you will provide assistance with administrative duties to the legal team.
About You
This role requires someone to have a strong commercial/corporate background, a variety of experience is helpful. You must be able to work both in a team and also autonomously. A background in working for a financial services business would be beneficial, however, this is not essential.
