Corporate Lawyer - 3-5 PQE - up to US$180,000 (tax free)

The Opportunity

A prominent international law firm is seeking a proven corporate lawyer to join its team in the Cayman Islands. The firm's Cayman offices are largely populated by ex-City lawyers and it is regularly instructed by some of the largest financial institutions and corporations across the world.

As the successful corporate attorney, you will be working in a transactional role on matters such as mergers, acquisitions and disposals (public and private), investment funds, private equity, corporate structures and restructures. Your transactions will typically be high-value and multi-jurisdictional in nature.

You should have 3 -5 years post-qualification experience for this role, though lawyers at 2.5 PQE are also encouraged to apply. You should have experience working for a major firm and hold an excellent academic track record. You must be qualified to practice law in the Cayman Islands, within the UK (i.e. England & Wales), New Zealand, Australia, or Canada. Lawyers admitted in Ireland who are eligible for admission in a UK jurisdiction are also encouraged to apply.
