DOCUMENTATION NEGOTIATOR NEEDED - EQUITY DERIVATIVES
We are working with a well-known investment bank in London who is looking for a documentation negotiator to join their equity derivatives team - this is initially a 6 month contract with the view to extend.
The team cover a broad range of securitised equity linked products, including OTC derivatives, ISDA equities documentation, and regulatory support e.g. PRIIPs regulation. This is a unique opportunity to join a market-leading organisation with a friendly culture.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in drafting and negotiating financial services documentation, especially if gained at other banking or financial services institutions. Securitised products legal knowledge would be highly beneficial. Regulatory experience such as MiFID II or PRIIPs could be relevant, and non-qualified candidates will be considered. Ideally you will be available to interview over the next 4 weeks.
