This major offshore law firm is seeking a further Associate to join their market leading Corporate & Funds group in Hong Kong. The firm has long-established relationships with many leading international financial institutions, professional advisers and regulatory bodies, and has been at the forefront of the development of the offshore financial markets. The role will entail a mixture of Corporate and Funds work, with a focus on BVI and Cayman transactions and structures - exposure to both areas would be ideal, however, the team are happy to also consider generalist Corporate lawyers who are interested in developing their experience in the Funds area. BVI/Cayman experience and Mandarin language skills, while beneficial, are not essential.
