The Role

The firms highly regarded Corporate team is looking to grow and hire a talented and motivated Corporate Solicitor 0-2 years PQE to assist and develop the team at their Derby office. More senior candidates will be considered or those that have had 6 months experience in Corporate as part of their training contract who would like to more into this exciting and profitable area of law.


The team handle a full range of Corporate law matters from acquisitions and disposals to capital finance, restructuring and succession planning. You will be working alongside the Partners across the department on more complex matters relating to your caseload.
This is an fantastic role for an Corporate Solicitor who is looking to expand on their knowledge and gain experience dealing with a very high quality level of work.

The Requirements

  • 0-2 years experience in this Corporate Law and strong academics
  • Technically strong with an eye for detail, analytical, be a good communicator and possess excellent client care skills
  • An interest and flair for business development and networking
  • The desire to grow at a firm that will support and guide you to become an industry leader in Corporate Law.
