The firm is currently undergoing exciting and ambitious growth plans and is operating in all UK jurisdictions from a vast network of offices.

What do you need to succeed here as a senior Tax Associate?

• Qualified lawyer with 6 plus PQE post-qualification experience at a well-regarded law firm;
• Experience at a law firm recognised for its tax practice, specifically experience in all types of incentives schemes;
• Experience and understanding on a full range of tax services will be an advantage, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations restructuring and demergers, private equity, joint ventures, employment taxation, EIS and VCT schemes and structuring and real estate tax;
• This role would suit someone who has 6 plus but our client will consider applicants outside of this level;
• Client facing experience and the ability to understand and respond effectively to client needs.
