Our client, a world leading professional services organisation seeks to recruit a Legal Counsel to join their Dublin office. They are particularly keen to reach out to candidates based outside Dublin who may be interested to relocate as well as those in the local Irish market. A full relocation package will be provided in such circumstances.

You will advise the business on a broad range of relevant legal matters. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on data protection law and acting as a trusted business advisor. This position offers the opportunity to develop new areas of legal expertise with exposure to matters such as litigation, corporate / company law and M&A.

The ideal candidate will be a UK qualified lawyer with at least three years' post qualified commercial contracting / technology and / or IT/IP experience gained either within a well-regarded law firm or in-house. Previous in-house experience is desirable but not a pre-requisite.

This is an ideal role for someone seeking the responsibility to work for a leading international business, as part of a small, dynamic and capable legal team with plenty of exposure to the business. A commercial mind-set, willingness and ability to learn and work at pace are essential characteristics.
