Your new company
Our client is an international law firm with a client base including a number of FTSE 100 and Fortune Global 500 companies. Focusing on key sectors in TMT, Life Sciences and Financial Institutions - this firm boasts a number of awards and accolades and have offices across the world.
Your new role
You will be joining the international banking team who act for a number of leading banks, government agencies and corporate businesses. The team are over 120 lawyers strong and based in offices including Abu Dhabi, Madrid, Milan, Brussels, Tokyo, London and Bristol.
This is a fully-integrated international banking team where you will be exposed to acquisition and bid finance, syndicated lending, project finance, trade finance and structured finance.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have a good range of general and transactional banking experience gained at a leading regional or City firm. You will have first rate academics and a genuine interest in a legal career within banking.
You will be commercially driven with a strong client focus and team working ability.
