We are instructed directly on a highly confidential, strategic Partner role. Our client law firm is seeking a Property Litigation partner with the necessary technical experience and personal skills to take over an existing caseload of high-quality instructions. As such, whilst a portable client following will be welcomed, it is not essential for this rare and exciting opening.

Our client is a highly-respected medium-sized practice with has seen sustained growth over the past few years. The firm has a well-established London office and key strengths in a number of practice areas. Within property litigation, you will be part of a wider practice whilst being the senior property litigation lawyer in the London office and having excellent autonomy and responsibility with the ability, in time, build the London team further.

The established client base you will be taking over includes corporate clients and wealthy individuals, with a focus on commercial properties but also with some residential work. You will be advising on all manner of disputes including dilapidations, possession, restrictive covenants and rights to light, amongst others. Whilst the sector base is broad, there will be work in particular for well-known companies in the leisure and retail areas.

This is a Partner role and applicants will ideally already be in such a position, as a junior to senior property litigation partner or head of team at another London law firm. Salary and status within the partnership will depend on experience and track record.
