Regulatory Prosecutions Lawyer, London - 3+ years - Outstanding opportunity with a leading regulatory body for a period of circa 5 months
JOB TITLE: Interim Regulatory Prosecutions Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED: 3+ years
LOCATION: London
SALARY: Market rate
THE ROLE:
An exciting new position has become available for a Regulatory Prosecutions Lawyer to join a busy public sector organisation. This position will see you playing a vital role in the successful prosecution of healthcare regulatory breaches. You will be responsible for making decisions on allegations against healthcare professionals, relaying your decision to higher level regulators or hearing committees. This role is available to start at short notice and will last for approximately 5 months.
THE CANDIDATE:
To be successful you will be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with existing regulatory experience, ideally gained within a public sector body. Prior experience of handling prosecutions matters is essential, and ideally these should be in relation to healthcare matters or similar. Due to the nature of the role you must be able to make difficult decisions quickly and be confident to explain your decisions at the highest level.
