Job Details
We are seeking a legal counsel for our client, a global technology business. The successful candidate will be an experienced commercial lawyer who can negotiate and execute key customer transactions for our expanding IT infrastructure business in the UK&I.
This role will see you supporting the information technology business units on their most complex and important customer contracts providing a high quality and efficient service to the business. Duties also include ad-hoc legal queries and providing succinct advice to the business on contractual disputes as well as being able to deal with a variety of legal issues on corporate transactions, regulatory matters and IT and technology matters.
You will have a minimum of 3 years PQE as well as excellent commercial legal skills, be a strong communicator, a team player and thrive in a fast paced environment which focuses on innovation, execution and customers. If you thrive in a team environment, we’d like to hear from you.
