We have been instructed by an elite US firm in London looking for an Infrastructure Finance Associate to join their team.

The successful candidate will primarily advise on infrastructure finance matters, although there may be the opportunity to work on broader project finance and other related transactions as required by the wider finance team.

This is an exclusive opportunity for candidates to take a step-up to one of the most prestigious US firms in London who remain pioneers in the legal industry, particularly for their banking and finance transactional work.  As such, candidates can expect high-quality and international based work for highly sophisticated clients. 

There will also be client secondment opportunities available to candidates in due course who are interested in diversifying their transactional practice.

The partners are looking for candidates with at least one year of post-qualification experience in infrastructure or project finance from a leading US, Magic Circle, Silver Circle or other international firm.  Broader banking or projects experience will also be considered for this role.

The firm offers a lucrative US salary, which means that their lawyers are among the highest paid in the London market, and will also receive an above-market benefits package.
