Job Details
This City based real estate finance practice operate as a sub-group of the banking team and advise a range of lenders and borrowers (including funds, property investment and development companies, clearing banks, overseas banks and direct lenders).
Workload in the team will be varied, including domestic and overseas financings, re-financings, restructurings and loan acquisitions in the context of a broad range of real estate based transactions including acquisitions, primary and secondary investments and property developments.
