This outstanding international law firm is looking to appoint a corporate insurance partner to their already market leading team. The team already advises on complex M&A transactions in the financial services sector, as well as Part VIIs, MBOs, MBIs, demergers, risk transfers and all other transactions and challenges financial services companies face.T his is a very broad role within insurance being a mix of corporate, commercial and regulatory.
The firm are now looking to appoint another partner in their London office due to continued growth. The firm already advise some major insurers, and have recently added some key names to their client base. The firm envisage that the successful partner hire will take a lead on existing matters, as well as growing relationships with both existing and new clients.
The firm can offer a fully supportive partnership, where partners work very closely together resulting in continuous year on year growth. The firm offers excellent remuneration for salaried partners, and have impressive PEP for those at equity partner level.
The firm is open to who they hire, whether a senior associate/counsel coming in as a partner to build a practice, or an existing partner with a significant following. Either way, this is an excellent law firm to be joining for any corporate insurance lawyer.
