This leading international law firm is looking to add a US Securities mid-senior level associate as they build out their practice. You will be working with a market leading, experienced partner who brings in work across ECM and DCM, with some HY as well. Work will be for both issuers and underwriters, on private placements, SEC registered and Rule 144A. You will also be involved in some M&A and restructuring work for key clients
This is an exciting role where you will be able to maintain (or develop) a broad practice, working as number two to a key partner, which will allow for clear career progression as you develop into a senior role. This is a very clear partner-track position - you can expect to make partner soon. You will be paid Cravath scale.
