Energy & Infrastructure Project Development Associate, Dubai

A leading global law firm with a market leading and multi award winning energy & infrastructure projects practice currently has the need to strengthen their small yet busy Middle East team with the addition of a mid-level energy & infrastructure project development associate based out of their Dubai office.

Working closely with the firm’s regional head of energy & infrastructure you will have 3-6yrs post qualification experience in the structuring, negotiation, development and implementation of complex energy and infrastructure projects across a range of sectors including oil & gas, conventional power, water, rail and terminals.

Suitable candidates must be qualified in either England & Wales, Australia/New Zealand, US or Canada and have broad energy and infrastructure project development experience spanning project developments, investments, divestitures, joint ventures, services agreements, implementation/concession agreements and long term fuel supply and power off take agreements, licensing arrangements as well as drafting and negotiation of major construction agreements (EPC and EPCM arrangements and related consulting, project management, contractor and subcontractor arrangements).

Our client will consider candidates currently working for a recognised international law firm or those that are currently working in-house with a previous stint training/working with a recognised international law firm.
