£105,000 - £115,000
The firm have a strong presence in the US and are now looking to strengthen their presence in London. The private client team are collaborative and rated for their in depth knowledge of tax law and how they interplay with trusts and estates.
There are currently 5 people in the Contentious Trusts team, including; 2 Partners 1 Of Counsel, as senior associate and a part-time barrister. Due to an increase in work and continued success, they are looking for a junior-mid level Associate to join the team and work with the team on complex and cross border cases.
The team are cohesive and also collaborate with the wider private client team, therefore this person must value the importance of building an internal network with colleagues and also want to be part of a strong team.
The ideal candidate will;
- Be NQ- 3 years PQE
- Be enthusiastic to learn and develop as a Trust Litigator
- Have strong communication skills as well as a strong academic background
