Excellent opportunity for a Law Graduate or Paralegal to join a Legal 500 UK law firm.

Our client is a leading legal services provider with offices in London, Birmingham, Leeds, Winchester and Chorley. They are currently looking for a Paralegal to join their successful Asset Management and Plot Sales team in Winchester.

The hiring team deals with sales, purchases, staircasing, re-sales, Right to Buys, Replies to Enquiries, Lease Extensions, Deeds of Variation/Rectification, Transfers of Equity and Re-Mortgages. The successful candidate will be working as part of the busy Plot Sales and Asset Management team within Housing and Regeneration. Duties will include: file opening, initial letters, engrossments, billing, file closures, deeds scheduling, right to buy completion support, conveyancing, deeds of variation, issuing plot sales papers, assisting with plot sales matters, etc.

To be considered for this role, you must be a law graduate with excellent academics. Ideally you will have commercial property or social housing experience.
