Tax Associates admitted in the US or E&W (other Common Law jurisdictions may be considered) with 1-3 years' experience advising on tax related matters in M&A, funds, PE and other corporate transactions. This opportunity is with a Top US firm that will pay Cravath scale for US admitted and highly attractive package for non US lawyers. No Chinese required. The firm is willing to relocate Associates to Hong Kong.
