Legal Counsel - Immediate Start!

A leading education management business based in West London is looking for a Lawyer to join the business on temp to permanent basis commencing ASAP. Salary for the permanent position will be £50-55k, temp day rate commensurate to that level.

As the main legal contact for the UK operation you will have a broad remit covering:

- commercial contract negotiation and drafting

- drafting and reviewing of franchise agreements

- dispute resolution

- data privacy advice

- IP and brand management

- monthly management reporting

- providing general legal advice to the wider business

You will be 2+ years PQE (as a guide) with relevant experience in a similar role. Preferably you will have experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters, be able to self-manage and work effectively in a team based environment.
