Your new company
Our client is an award winning Top 100 UK law firm located in a fantastic central Cardiff location in modern offices. This full service law firm have an excellent reputation throughout it's services offered. Clients include major UK banks, building societies, investors and government.
Your new role
This is a diverse position where you will be advising on a range of services including corporate banking, acquisitions, real estate finance, development finance, structured finance, private equity and insolvency.
You will be exposed to some of the leading banking work available and will work closely with some of the leading banking lawyers in the region who have excellent experience.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have a good range of general and transactional banking experience however a genuine interest in developing your legal career in the banking sector will also be considered if you are currently working in another transactional area of law. You will have great academics and be commercially driven with a strong client focus and team working ability.
