Assistant Company Secretary - ICSA
An exciting new opportunity has arisen within a city based global technology organisation for an Assistant Company Secretary to join an established division of the business.
The post holder will be responsible for providing assistance to the Company Secretary, and will be expected to take responsibility for the preparation, drafting and filing of documentation, advising on the following key areas :--
Statutory Registers/ Company Secretarial Database/Filings
Company Formation, Group Restructure, Implementation of New Businesses
Governance/Statutory Compliance/ Compliance with Legal Matters
Maintain Company Registers
Preparation and attendance for Directors, Board Committee and Shareholders Meetings
Drafting minutes of meetings and for all UK subsidiary companies within the Group
The post holder will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships at a senior level within the organisation and with external bodies.
To be considered for this exciting and high profile opportunity, candidates must have a background in Law or a Business degree with excellent drafting skills and a workign knowledgeof corporate/company secretary duties
Applicants will ideally have previous experience of working in a Legal or Company Secretarial department.
Individuals with ICSA qualifications would be of particular interest.
